Return and Exchange Policy – IKSAS Scents
At IKSAS Scents, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality perfumes and a seamless shopping experience. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we have developed the following return and exchange policy:

Processing Time
Upon receiving your return/exchange request, processing can take between 4 to 10 working days, depending on various circumstances. Once your return is approved, you will receive your net payment the following day. - Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, with at least 95% of the perfume remaining in the bottle.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for samples or sale items.

Condition of the Product
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is not defective and has not been used or tampered with. If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, the return/exchange process will proceed as outlined below. - Courier Charges
- Return or exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, broken, or does not match the quantity ordered. Customer has to provide video evidence that he has received broken or defective.
- If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, IKSAS Scents will cover the return shipping charges.
- Return and Exchange Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order details and the reason for your return.
- We will review your request, and if approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
- Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or through bank transfer for COD orders.
- Exceptions
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for opened or used products (unless defective upon arrival) or sale items.
- If the product is used and the return request is initiated, we reserve the right to deny the request.
