2. Courier Service Selection

3. Order Tracking
   We provide tracking details for every shipment to ensure transparency and keep you informed about your delivery status.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Confirmation
   COD orders must be confirmed within 24 hours. Unconfirmed orders within this time frame may be automatically cancelled.
5. Order Cancellation by the Company
   IKSAS Scents reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
• Natural calamities
• Inventory/stock shortages
• Technical or operational challenges
6. Delivery Timeline
   Once confirmed, orders are usually delivered within 4 to 7 working days.
   Please note: While we ensure timely dispatch, any delays caused by third-party courier services are beyond our control.
7. Shipping Charges
   Delivery charges are subject to change and will be communicated at the time of checkout or periodically updated on our website.
8. Non-Service Area (NSA) Deliveries
   Customers residing in rural or non-service areas are requested to contact our customer service team in advance to coordinate suitable delivery arrangements, including the possibility of selecting an alternative courier (subject to conditions).
